"Alternating between practice and theory enables several processes to take place: Discovering the idea behind the exercises in the hammock; learning about the energetic dimension of the activity (air and land); learning security practices and how to ensure the safety of participants (the material, the positions, adjustments, balancing between positions and counter-positions, land and air; teacher alertness during class...); recognizing the influence or even magic of working with the hammock; learning how to take into account different dispositions of participants so that each one enjoys him or herself and finds satisfaction in the method.
In sum, a vast program awaits you, be open, patient, and confident. Listen well. Florie knows what she's talking about.
