Each teacher training is led by Florie Ravinet, creator of the method (est. 2008), certified Yoga Alliance, coach, trainer since 2009 of more than 500 professionals. To enrich and deepen trainees’ learning experience with an additional perspective, each training is co-led by Olivia, a seasoned Fly Yoga© trained teacher at the Paris studio with Florie.

Sonia – yoga Iyengar instructor and trainer formatrice en kinesiology (all testimonies translated from French):
“After spending a few days in the company of Florie Ravinet for my Fly Yoga training, I came back determined to share my new knowledge with friends and students. This dynamic young woman shared with me her incredible ‘savoir-faire’ and ‘savoir-être.’
The training was great and offered a solid pedagogical approach that took shape day by day to allow me to integrate the essentials. Fly Yoga movements were slowly strung together to give birth to a beautiful, very technical and playful sequence. Our bodies were unwound by the weightlessness that comes with practicing this method, and we walked away from each day feeling relaxed and free from tension, from head to toe.
In addition, Florie is an excellent yoga teacher. I was able to attend group classes in which Florie was attentive to each and every student—and what’s more, she showed exceptional generosity.
This training was a real pleasure and I encourage Florie wholeheartedly to continue to share her precious ‘savoir-faire’ and ‘savoir-être’. May this fabulous prop that gives flavor to classic yoga have as wide of a reach as possible.”
Magali – sports and well-being coach
"Alternating between practice and theory enables several processes to take place: Discovering the idea behind the exercises in the hammock; learning about the energetic dimension of the activity (air and land); learning security practices and how to ensure the safety of participants (the material, the positions, adjustments, balancing between positions and counter-positions, land and air; teacher alertness during class...); recognizing the influence or even magic of working with the hammock; learning how to take into account different dispositions of participants so that each one enjoys him or herself and finds satisfaction in the method.
In sum, a vast program awaits you, be open, patient, and confident. Listen well. Florie knows what she's talking about. Her passion and professionalism are what set this training apart and her instruction around this new tool won't form into a rigid concept with no personality. On the contrary, your know-how will be reinvested and your aerial journey will take shape because you will get to know yourself better along the way.
One last piece of advice: Plan a day of rest after this training!!!"
Mylène, pilates instructor and sports educator in Switzerland, February 2015
"The training you receive is very detailed and precise, both in theoretical and practical terms. It's great to participate in real-time in a group class with real participants. Florie Ravinet knew how to guide us with precision and gentleness. The feelings you procure in the Fly Yoga© hammock are excellent. I am very happy with this training and don't have any regrets about coming all the way from Switzerland for it."
Sandrine, fitness instructor in Bourg en Bresse, February 2015
"A very beautiful discovery, a beautiful experience that makes me want to go further. Alternating between practice and theory delivered very rich content. I appreciated the quality of Florie's adjustments and corrections. She knew how to share her passion with the group, which was very dynamic and positive. The training was entirely up to my expectations and I highly recommend it. Thank you, Florie!"
Sylvie, dance and gymnastics instructor in Avignon, February 2015
“The method that Florie created is rich and allows us to reach full mind and body consciousness. This is an excellent challenge, as the Fly Yoga© hammock creates instability. There was a super atmosphere throughout the training. The theoretical content of the manual, complete with photos, is very practical and precise. The trainer listens to the needs of the group and this creates a very good overall alchemy. By the end of the training, I indeed felt my body had lengthened and my muscles had worked. I feel even more committed to the practice (security, basic techniques and pleasure). Thank you, Florie, for having us participate in group classes. It was a truly wonderful gift for me and others who came from far away and who can’t necessarily come back to take classes during the week.”
Claire, dynamic yoga instructor in Strasbourg, September 2015
“Working in the hamac was a beautiful discovery and felt wonderful. This feeling of weightlessness, especially as someone who is very anchored in the ground, was new to me, both in terms of material and sensations. The training is very rich and we must continue to practice to master the tool. I appreciated your classes, Florie, they were very clear and precise. This fluidity that you bring is just fantastic! Your adjustments and corrections demonstrate your excellent knowledge of the human body. My body feels like it has lengthened after this intense training, and I need time to deepen my personal sensations. Thank you, you’re an excellent instructor!”
Sophie, vinyasa, ashtanga and yin yoga instructor from Belgium, April 2018
“Very interesting training in terms of content, pedagogy and practice among trainees, and also in terms of emphasis on personal practice. Florie knows how to teach the discipline and insists on being careful on anatomical knowledge so as to practice and teach safely. She also created a homogenous group and a true energy between the different personalities. Unique pedagogy!”
Karine, aerial yoga instructor in Switzerland, September 2015
